The Inspiration…
In 2010 Founders Tory and Elizabeth Farina were co-pastoring a rapidly growing church. After the birth of their second child, Elizabeth experienced a life altering stroke. The ministry was strong, but the Farinas were in desperate need of personal rest and refreshment.
Someone heard about their situation and offered them a beautiful place they could retreat to. After a sabbatical marked by rest and provision, they were able to reengage in pastoral ministry. They attribute their longevity in ministry to that gift of time and space.
The Farinas were inspired to offer “out of reach” experiences to other pastors and their families with hopes of a similar outcome.
Elizabeth recently founded a stewardship consulting company named Raising Generosity. She has a passion to raise the level of generosity in today’s Christians.
Tory enjoys the dual roles of ministry and business. He has a passion to connect those with the gift to generate wealth with frontline kingdom workers.
They have two children ages 17 and 15. With a passion for travel, good friends and great food the Farinas live a full life of love and laughter.
