REVfresh is a benevolence ministry that refreshes and supports ministry leaders through tangible resources that meet personal needs and encourage generous living. We’re statistically based, meaning our work focuses on solving measurable, clearly defined problems that have real impact on leaders and their communities.

We serve pastors, and missionaries who are faithfully leading others—often in under-resourced settings or seasons of personal strain. We also prioritize emerging leaders and those serving under-resourced people groups, helping ensure long-term sustainability and growth in the next generation of ministry.

Our goal is to invest in ministry leaders who are still in active service and likely to multiply impact for years to come. By focusing on those 54 and under, we help extend their ministry life and ensure they have the support to continue leading well into the future.

We offer practical help in four key areas:

Tangible Needs – meeting immediate financial pressures.

Elective Medical – covering medical expenses not typically funded by insurance.

Rest – providing retreats or renewal experiences to prevent burnout.

Crisis Response – assisting leaders during unexpected personal or family crises.

Each pastor or missionary is vetted to ensure they qualify for support. Once approved, REVfresh tailors resources to their needs, partners with local churches or networks when possible, and follows up to measure outcomes and ensure long-term benefit.
